Conveniently located near the airport, the International Antarctic Centre has two conference rooms, both situated on the mezzanine floor. Both with plenty of natural light, the Sir Ed Room offers views over our atrium area while the Margaret Bradshaw Room has views out to the runway and Southern Alps. With free car parking, handy meeting tools included, and an on-site café to fully cater your conference, the International Antarctic Centre is the perfect place to hold your next day meeting. Take a break with a Hagglund Field Trip, a cuddle with a Husky or a 4D movie!

The Atrium is a superb venue for everything from seated dinners to cocktail evenings, balls to product launches. An elegant dining space for up to 130 guests, the Atrium can also accommodate 250 guests for cocktail functions. To ensure your event is one of the coolest in town we can include full or partial access to a wide range of experiences, including the Hägglund Field Trip, Storm Dome experience (with optional ice bar), 4D Theatre, Huskies and the Penguin Welfare Centre. Also available to hire, the 4D theatre can seat up to 48 guests at one time and provides a range of options for a completely immersive viewing experience. Our HD theatre also provides a great space for presentations, lectures and other gatherings for upto 145 people.
