A considerable amount of work has gone in behind the scenes developing our online presence recently. But now we think it’s been kept on ice long enough. Welcome to our new website.

Our story. There’s not just an overview of our experiences here. We’ve also included some history about where we’ve come from and why the enduring bond between Christchurch and Antarctica is so important to both places.

Our explorers. The legacies of early Antarctic explorers are so important to our work – without their ambition and determination the world would be a very different place.
