Tertiary

We run educational programmes for all tertiary groups including:

• training organisations
• universities
• polytechnics
• colleges
• travel & tourism training providers
• community tertiary groups
• english language tertiary groups

We provide an ‘adult educational experience’ of Antarctica and/or the Little Blue penguin.

Programmes can be tailored to the group's needs and may include the following components for travel & tourism: 

• looking at the International Antarctic Centre as a centre of excellence in the NZ tourism industry
• marketing of the Centre
• tourism in Antarctica
• living or working in Antarctica
• job roles within a tourist attraction or the tourism industry
• looking at interpretative aspects

We can also present a ‘general’ programme based around “Antarctica Revealed”, an entertaining and informative presentation.

Tertiary programmes are available any day of the week at a time to suit you.
