XCLUSIVE Backstage Pass
When you buy an XCLUSIVE pass you will experience an additional and exclusive tour of our 'behind the scenes' areas in the NZ Penguin Encounter.
Limited to just 8 visitors per tour, the XCLUSIVE pass takes you into the areas not accessible to other visitors, hosted by one of our Antarctic Rangers. See how our quarantine area works, learn about Penguin feeding and husbandry and take your Penguin knowledge to the next level!
Tours are at 11am, 2pm and 3pm daily.

Please note that to purchase an XCLUSIVE pass to go backstage with the Penguins, you must also hold a valid entry ticket (either XTREME or XPRESS pass).
