Parking

Ample Pay & Display vehicle parking!

The Antarctic Centre's carpark has 80 parking spaces for visitors to the Centre only and suitable for cars, motorcycles and campervans.

For your safety we recommend you do not leave valuables in your vehicle as our carpark is right by an international airport.

We are obliged to charge for parking being at the airport, and in fact right over the road from paid airport parking. We have levied the hourly charge at the lowest possible rate the meters can accept, being $1.00 per hour, and allocate this income to penguin conservation and research.
